Pastor Atkinson

Pastor Cornelius N. Atkinson was installed as Senior Pastor of Wilson Heights First Church of God in Charlotte, NC in February 2004. Born in Brooklyn, NY, reared in New Haven, Ct., and then moved to Charlotte, NC in 1989. Pastor Atkinson earned a Bachelor Degree in Religion and Philosophy from Shaw University. Pastor Atkinson is currently attending Shaw University Divinity School, where he plans to receive his Masters of Divinity Degree.

Pastor Atkinson is married to his wonderful wife Audra Mitchell Atkinson, a Planner for Belk Stores. They are the proud parents of three children, Jadda Camille Atkinson, Jessica Nicole Atkinson and Aubrey Sevone Alexander. (see below for full bio)

Lady Audra

Lady Audra is a native of Greensboro, NC. She is the daughter of the late James Mitchell & Deborah Mitchell. She attended Greensboro Public Schools. She graduated high school and came to Charlotte to attend UNCC, where she earned a BS Degree in Economics.

Lady Audra is the wife of Revered Cornelius N. Atkinson, Pastor of Wilson Heights First Church of God. She is a mother of three beautiful children, Aubrey, Jessica, and Jadda. Lady Audra is an employee of Belk Department Stores, serving in many capacities from Manager, Buyer, and recently Planner. (see below for full bio)
